Your role:
Supporting on-line and retail customers (by e-mail and phone) – working in shifts (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Providing information about products of the largest and most successful Swiss department store group – MANOR
Solving order and return issues for on-line and retail stores
Collaborating with a friendly, multilingual team
Your profile:
Proficient user of French or German – at least C1 level, native speaker would be perfect (+ fluent Italian nice to have)
Communicative user of English (at least B1/B2)
Previously experienced in customer support or customer care areas
Communicative and customer-oriented personality
Fast learner, able to adapt to changeable environment
