Your role:
Optimizing campaigns for our 21 international markets
Supporting the tactical components of performance marketing channels (Search Marketing: both SEO and Pay-per-Click, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising, and Retargeting Campaigns)
Helping coordination of the end-to-end campaign process including campaign objective development, Ad creative/content creation, campaign execution, and reporting
Keeping up to date on marketing trends and continually evaluating, researching and testing new marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness, sales and acquisition in the EU
Support in managing digital marketing budgets
Working closely with internal teams, media vendors and outside agencies on execution, strategy, planning and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Performance Marketing
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics or similar reporting and data management tools
Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams
Fluency in English
Can do attitude
Experience in working with markets such us: Italy, France, Germany
Ideally experience in digital agencies
Additional desirable skills:
Google Ads Certification
A passion for digital marketing and using data to drive consumer marketing decision
Interest in fashion and retail will be an advantage
